Innovative Wall Art ( 创意壁饰设计 ) Create a contemporary wall art decoration using a combination of fresh flowers and any RECYCLABLE materials. Extend their life and transform these into a unique floral art piece using creative design and construction techniques, where the display is to be mounted on wall panels. Proper steps should be taken to ensure materials used are fully conditioned and stay fresh for up to 10 days throughout the entire event. • It is compulsory to provide a “Title” with a brief description of the design ( in less than 30 words ) which will be displayed on the description card. • Overall design should not exceed the width of the display panel W 600mm X H 1800mm • Arrangement should comprise 60% of fresh materials. Artificial flowers are NOT permitted. • Fresh material insertion on wall panel need to be fully completed by 2.00pm ~ 6.00pm on 28th May 2015 ( Thursday ) • Judging will commence on 29th May 2015 ( Friday ) • Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained • Winners will be announced on the official opening on 30th May 2015 ( Saturday ) • Participants need to dismantle and clear away ALL their design and displayed materials on 08th June, 2015 ( Monday ) between 9.00am - 5.00pm Space Details i. Total Wall Zone W 1200mm X H 1800mm. ii. Design piece on wood panel of W 600mm X H 1800mm. iii. 1 nos. 100 w long arm spotlight. iv. 1 nos. Description tag. Winners will receive a trophy, certificate and cash prizes of RM 400.00, RM 300.00 and RM 200.00 for the Gold, Silver and Bronze respectively and 2 discretionary Merit Award will receive a certificate and cash prize of RM 100.00 each.
